Meet the EMEA Next Generation: Mónica & Julie

Mónica Sequira, Account Manager, F. Rego

Mónica works as an account manager for F. Rego. She graduated with a degree in economics in 2014 and started working in insurance as soon as she finished her degree.

From Mónica: “Working with Next Gen has been incredible. The group is spectacular, and there is a great sense of unity and mutual support. I’ve learned a lot about how the insurance market is perceived in other countries and the best ways to communicate and interact internationally.”

Julie Mariage, Account Executive, Servyr Courtage

Julie is an account executive for Servyr Courtage in France, where she has worked in the international department for two years. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international negotiations.

From Julie: “To me, Next Generation means being involved in a unique way in the Assurex Network in the sense that we connect and work differently than we would in our daily work. As the program aims at tutoring us and building up a project together, I have a different understanding of what the Assurex network is and about the partnership that it creates.”
